JOB PURPOSE:The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for tracking and paying all received invoices and statements. This position is a key contact point for our store managers and outside vendors to ensure all bills are being paid accurately.
DUTIES:
- Build good relationships with NAPA employees and outside vendors
- Balance and reconcile statements
- Pay all bills on time.
- Assist stores with questions and problem solving.
- Keep organized records

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in accounts payable.
- GED preferred.
- High attention to detail
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Works well with others.
