Volt is immediately hiring a Production Associate in West Sacramento, CA.

As a Production Associate , you will:

  • Work in a fast-paced food processing/manufacturing environment
  • Perform a mix of sanitation and production tasks
  • Operate production machinery and assist in packaging
  • Work in cold environments (freezer/mixing room) for up to 2-hour increments
  • Lift 40 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with a team
  • Push 200 lb carts and use shovels with 20 lb loads
  • Use electric pallet jacks and assist with palletizing
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and follow GMPs
  • Support sanitation practices and ensure cleanliness of equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and production timelines

Production Associate candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 20–100 lbs consistently
  • Comfortable working in cold environments and on step ladders
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

This is a full-time Temp to Hire Opportunity.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (some Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $20.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
