Volt is immediately hiring a Production Associate in West Sacramento, CA.
As a Production Associate , you will:
- Work in a fast-paced food processing/manufacturing environment
- Perform a mix of sanitation and production tasks
- Operate production machinery and assist in packaging
- Work in cold environments (freezer/mixing room) for up to 2-hour increments
- Lift 40 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with a team
- Push 200 lb carts and use shovels with 20 lb loads
- Use electric pallet jacks and assist with palletizing
- Maintain accurate paperwork and follow GMPs
- Support sanitation practices and ensure cleanliness of equipment
- Follow safety protocols and production timelines
Production Associate candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 20–100 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in cold environments and on step ladders
- Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
This is a full-time Temp to Hire Opportunity.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (some Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
