The Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications with accuracy and care
  • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm, affirming, and efficient experience from arrival to departure
  • Verify patient information, update records in the electronic health system and assist with documentation
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain smooth daily flow and timely rooming of patients
  • Support insurance verification, referrals, and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized front desk and patient areas, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
  • Communicate effectively across teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2+ year of experience in an administrative support or customer service role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic proficiency with computers and scheduling systems; experience with EMRs preferred
  • Commitment to privacy, safety, and culturally competent care
