Part-Time Sales Closer (Director) Remote
Location: Remote
- Current Openings: 20-25 Hours per week Any following times:
- Mon-Thurs: 3 PM - 8 PM ( MST) - With prequalified appointments
- In an average week you would have:
- 14 Pre-set appointment or live transfer
- 9.3 pitches per week
- 3 Enrollments per week

Compensation:
- Paid Training: ~$1,000 for ~50 hours of training (self-paced & live sessions)
- $40 per appointment pitched
- Commission on every sale:
- Up to 5% commission on sales (average sale = ~$5,284)
- Commission percentage linked to your refund rate better quality = higher pay
- On-Target Earnings: $60K (Part-Time)
- Considering US based Closers who can work 3PM - 8PM MST.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Sales Closer, your role is to increase revenue by:
Pitching to pre-set appointments with live, high-intent leads.
Following up and managing a sales pipeline.
Hitting Dollar per Pitch goals each month.
Performance Metrics:
Follow-up on collected calls.
Close Rate: 33.5%+ Gross Enrollment.
Average Sale Ticket: $5,284.
Dollar per Pitch: $1,690.
What Were Looking For:
2+ Years of Sales Closer Experience over the phone/video (not in person).
Recent 2+ years of B2C sales experience (New Sales, not Account Management).
Direct Sales Experience in high-ticket sales ($3K+ per sale).
Experience selling: Information Products, Coaching, Online Education, Business Training.
One-Call Close experience with a strong track record.
50%+ of past earnings based on commission.
Proven pipeline management, follow-up, and note-taking skills.
Strong ethics, honesty, and adherence to best sales practices.
Coachability ability to receive feedback and implement it quickly.

Technical Skills Youll Need:
Closings & Follow-ups Strong phone & video sales experience.
CRM Experience HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
