Location: Tukwila, WA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Patient Authorization & Referral Representative to support its home infusion and pharmacy services team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a background in insurance verification and data entry.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience with data entry
  • 1+ year of experience with insurance verification or benefits
  • Experience with prior authorizations
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and ability to explain benefits
  • Pharmacy Assistant License (must be obtained upon hire)
  • Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone and clerical support to the clinical home infusion team
  • Enter patient referral and physician data into internal systems
  • Track and manage controlled substances (CIIs) and patient satisfaction surveys
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of outcomes and updates
  • Support front-end reimbursement processes and maintain compliance

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
