Duties & Responsibilities:
*Ability to handle glass for orders being dropped off or picked up*
Answer phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.
Answers email & telephone inquiries regarding service appointments & work in progress.
Schedule appointments.
Place orders with suppliers.
Maintain office equipment (copiers, printers)
File documents, prepare quotes & invoices for payment
Maintain high customer's satisfaction standards.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office- General computer experience
Basic Math & measuring skills required
Critical thinking & problem solving
Strong customer service & public relation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with frequent interruptions
Handle Money & card transactions
