PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

  • Location: Centennial CO 80112 – 100% On-site
  • Payrate: $24.45/hr
  • Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Possible Saturday rotation

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Pharmacy Technician will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to ensure accurate, timely, and safe medication preparation and delivery. This position offers full-time hours, steady pay, and the chance to grow your career in pharmacy operations.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions and preparing IVs
  • Enter prescription data for dispensing and reimbursement processing
  • Prepackage medications for dispensing according to standards and regulations
  • Assist in final prescription verification, including staging and packaging
  • Support accurate and timely medication delivery to patients
  • Maintain inventory: receive and rotate medications, track lot numbers and expiration dates, assist with audits
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, including equipment checks and calibration

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable)
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
  • Active Pharmacy Technician Certification or willingness to train under a DORA Provisional License
  • Previous experience as a pharmacy technician
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow pharmacy procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Team player with good communication skills
