Job DescriptionManufacturing/Process EngineerAbout the Role:
We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support process validation and manufacturing operations for innovative medical devices. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in IQ/OQ/PQ, process development, and scale-up while working in a highly collaborative, regulated environment. You’ll partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams and build deep expertise in medical device validation and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Support process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) from planning through execution
- Assist in developing validation protocols, collecting data, and preparing reports
- Contribute to test method validation (TMV) to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
- Support process improvements using Lean principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Assist with manufacturing scale-up, including capacity and throughput analysis
- Help ensure documentation meets regulatory and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or similar)
- ~2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering in a regulated industry
- Exposure to process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
- Exposure to test method validation (TMV)
- Familiarity with FDA, ISO, or other regulated environments
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods

This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
