⭐ What You’ll Do
- Read and follow route sheets, blueprints, and technical instructions
- Apply adhesives and sealants with precision tools
- Operate conveyor equipment to load and process panels
- Inspect work to IPC quality standards
- Enter, track, and move work orders using the Paradigm system
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives
- Cross‑train across multiple production areas
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work toward Certified Operator status

- Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications
- Steady hands and manual dexterity for fine detail work
- Basic computer proficiency

➕ Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Team‑oriented communication and collaboration
- Familiarity with manufacturing, soldering, PCB assembly, SMT, or electronics
- Ability to read blueprints and IPC specifications
- Comfortable working with chemicals and fumes
- Able to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Must be 18+ and meet ITAR U.S. person requirements
- Experience in PCB manufacturing or cleanroom environments (a plus)
- IPC certification or knowledge of IPC standards (a plus)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
