Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on student needs and assessments.

• Collaborate with district teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning.

• Deliver direct or consultative speech-language services in individual, small group, or classroom settings.

• Train and support teachers and staff with strategies to improve student participation and educational progress, as well as assisting in classroom management.

• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, based on IEP goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and billing in compliance with district and state standards.

• Stay current on evidence-based practices and state licensing requirements.

• Comply with all federal, state, and district regulations related to special education and SLP services.
