About Us

We are an established, accredited dual diagnosis residential treatment center located in Lantana, FL. Our 55-bed, 30-day program has a proven track record of delivering high-quality care to individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team, ensure compliance with state and Joint Commission standards, and continue our mission of providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Position Overview

The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinical program, supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of care. This leadership role requires a balance of program oversight, staff development, quality assurance, and compliance management in a busy residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage clinical operations for a 55-bed dual diagnosis residential facility

  • Oversee client intake, treatment planning, case management, and discharge coordination

  • Supervise and support therapists, case managers, and group facilitators

  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission (JCAHO), DCF, and state regulations

  • Monitor quality of care through audits, chart reviews, and staff performance evaluations

  • Develop and update clinical policies, procedures, and programming

  • Provide clinical supervision and professional development to licensed/unlicensed staff

  • Act as a key member of the leadership team and collaborate across departments

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field

  • Active Florida clinical license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)

  • 5+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or director-level role

  • Strong background in dual diagnosis treatment and residential care

  • Experience with Joint Commission accreditation and compliance

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and crisis management skills
