Location: Sayville, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (½-hour lunch) FULL TIME ONSITE
Compensation: $23/hour

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support daily account management, client communication, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a team-coordinating tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth workflow for both clients and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, updates, and support needs.
  • Manage and update client accounts, documentation, and internal tracking systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
  • Coordinate internal workflows between departments to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Support invoicing, billing reviews, and basic account reconciliations as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate and organized files, logs, and account records.
  • Troubleshoot account-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through professional, timely communication.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in account coordination, client service, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM or ERP experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
