CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking an organized Order Clerk to support supply and logistics operations at Fort Sill. The Order Clerk will be responsible for processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that supplies, materials, and equipment are ordered and tracked efficiently. This position plays an essential role in maintaining smooth and timely logistical support in a government environment. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Verify order details for accuracy, availability, and pricing.
- Enter data into inventory or procurement systems and maintain electronic and paper records.
- Track order status and communicate with vendors or internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve discrepancies with orders, including delays, shortages, or damages.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to orders, shipments, and receipts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, backorders, or delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, supply, or logistics-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Experience with inventory or procurement software is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
