Job DescriptionDescription:
An individual employed to assist in the activities of the administrator, staff, volunteers, patients and families of Home Health. This involves the performance of a variety of clerical and operational support duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.
- Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Responsible for on-call services, as assigned.
- Maintains records associated with Home Health: medical equipment and supplies, pharmaceuticals, levels of service, and coordinates with the appropriate vendor or billing personnel when needed.
- Assists with the referral/ admission/ discharge process flows as it relates to medical records, care and services.
- Maintain and support office operations including office supplies and forms, admission packets, forms, and computer/ technology support.
- Performs other similar duties, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Physical Setting: In Office
Work Location: Waukesha, WI
Salary: $18-20 per hour

Experience and Training
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical administration experience preferred.
- Education in office administration preferred.
- One year of experience in a related field preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite of platforms.
