Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients
- Taking vital signs and assessing patients
- Obtaining medical history, family history, medication list, current reason for visit, along with any other appropriate assessment
- Communication with providers
- Communication with patients
- Triage calls, answer questions, provide information
- Preparing paperwork
- Working as a part of a team
- Desire to learn; must be flexible, and accepting of change.

Education:
- Must hold a current PA state licensure appropriate for an LPN
- BLS certification required
Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 8 hour shifts
