Responsible for overseeing warehouse receiving operations, ensuring efficient and accurate offloading, inspection, and inventory management of inbound shipments. This role requires strong leadership to guide a team while maintaining food safety and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receiving process, ensuring timely and accurate unloading and documentation of shipments.

• Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting efficiency and adherence to company policies.

• Operate and oversee the use of forklifts and pallet jacks for safe material handling.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and management to resolve any receiving discrepancies.

• Ensure all received goods meet quality standards before being stored or distributed.

• Work in a cold storage environment while performing daily tasks.

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs independently as needed.

Job Requirements:

• **Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  **– Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• **Leadership Experience

  **– Prior supervisory or lead role in a warehouse setting.

• **Forklift & Pallet Jack Experience

  **– Certification preferred.

• **Receiving Experience

  **– Previous work in a warehouse receiving environment.

• **Basic Computer Skills

  **– Ability to use inventory management systems.

• **Physical Stamina

  **– Comfortable working in cold conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Schedule: 1:30am-10am Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat

Days Off: Wednesday, Sunday
