Job DescriptionSenior Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial operations and reporting. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to improve processes and deliver strategic insights. The position offers exposure to leadership, opportunities for growth, and involvement in future system upgrades.

Primary responsibilities of the Senior Accountant role include:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and audit schedules

  • Manage complex general ledger entries and month-end close processes

  • Lead AP/AR functions and support vendor relationship management

  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting

  • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and financial strategy

  • Support process improvements and future ERP implementations

Primary qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA or CMA preferred.

  • Advanced Excel and ERP system experience required.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills essential.

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

  • Industry experience in healthcare or manufacturing preferred.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
