What You'll Do as an HR Generalist
Your role will be anything but routine! As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll be a key player in shaping our workforce and supporting our people. Responsibilities include:

Onboarding new hires and guiding them through a seamless transition

Administering employee benefits and assisting with selections
- Records Management (HRIS and other electronic records)

Supporting employee relations, leave management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws

Collaborating with management on performance management and HR strategy

Leading recruitment efforts and contributing to policy development

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation and a passion for people:
Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field

Familiarity with HR software and tools

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and understanding of labor law compliance
Preferred:

SHRM-CP certification (or similar)
