We are seeking a dedicated Front of the House Manager to join our team at The Original Bob's Steak & Chop House, located on Lemmon Avenue in Dallas. This full-time position requires a managerial-level candidate with an associate's degree and a strong background in hospitality management. The ideal individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest experiences, and leading the front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service. As an in-office position, the Front of the House Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant while ensuring that both guests and employees have a positive experience. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry ($75 PPA or more)
- Strong knowledge of front of house operations and customer service standards
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, proven ability to train, mentor, and develop staff members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience and high-quality service
- Reliable transportation & communication tools
- Familiarity with Open Table & Triple Seat
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in food service
- Familiarity with alcohol service , safety regulations, and best practices

Physical Requirements
-Walking for 8 hrs or more for duration of shift
-Standing for 8 hrs or more for duration of shift
-Reaching above head, reaching below waistline and for things on ground-level for 8hrs or more for duration of shift
-Stooping, squatting, bending at waist level for 8 hrs or more for duration of shift
-Lifting (75 lbs. minimum) repeatedly for 8 hrs or more for the duration of shift
-Carrying (75 lbs. minimum) repeatedly for 8 hrs or more for the duration of shift
-Talking 8 hrs or more for duration of shift, and sitting periodically
-Willing to work 55+/- hours per week
