Position Overview:
Holy Cross Lutheran School is seeking a passionate and experienced Instructional Specialist who is committed to Christian education and dedicated to supporting teaching excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with faculty to enhance instructional strategies, support curriculum development, and drive academic success through a biblical worldview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor teachers in best instructional practices
  
  

• Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum
  
  

• Support data-driven instruction and assessment strategies
  
  

• Facilitate professional development workshops
  
  

• Collaborate with school leadership on instructional goals and improvement plans
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
  
  

• Valid teaching certificate
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience
  
  

• Strong understanding of instructional methods and curriculum development
  
  

• A personal commitment to the Christian faith and to the mission of Christian education
