We are looking for individuals who are passionate about wellness, take pride in their craft, and are dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience for both our guests and our team. The Massage Therapist is responsible for administering therapeutic treatments, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism, maintaining product knowledge, and communicating any needs, issues, or concerns with Spa management.

Education & Experience

• Accredited massage therapy certification, and ongoing education in wellness techniques.

• Hold a valid professional massage therapy license with the Arizona Board of Massage Therapy.

• 1-2 years of professional massage therapy experience, skilled in various modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue), and ability to customize treatments.

• Experience in customer service and knowledge of anatomy is preferred.

• Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to maintain hygiene standards.

• Demonstrates a friendly, warm, and caring attitude, always ready to greet others with a smile.

• Proven ability to be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic.

• Capable of thinking quickly and acting effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Flexible and long hours may be required, including weekends and holidays.

• Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift.
