We are hiring: Construction Supervisor Utility-Scale Solar + BESS
Are you an experienced field leader in the renewable energy sector? At Basis North America, we are looking for a dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful execution of utility-scale energy projects.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in site-based supervision and a commitment to high-quality infrastructure standards.
What we are looking for:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years in construction supervision on utility-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
- Technical Expertise: Solid site-based experience supervising Solar PV and/or BESS works, specifically covering:
- Civil and structural activities.
- Electrical installation activities.
- Civil and structural activities.
- Operational Skills: Deep familiarity with site inspections, daily reporting, contractor supervision, and QA/QC coordination.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working under the direction of a Construction Manager, preferably within an Owner-side or EPC-support role.
