A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Bethlehem, PA. This contract position spans the full school year and offers a chance to work closely with young learners from Kindergarten through 1st grade. With a caseload of 84 students, including 45 receiving speech/language services only and 43 on special education caseloads in learning support and emotional support, this role provides a dynamic and rewarding environment for clinical practice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students K-1st grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License
- PA School Clearances required
