Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Radiation Therapist to join an outpatient cancer clinic in Mooresville, NC. This contract position offers the chance to deliver specialized care to ambulatory cancer patients requiring radiation therapy, utilizing advanced technology in a supportive and diverse environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering precise radiation treatments using Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerators.
  • Collaborating with a team of approximately 12 therapists to treat 60100 patients daily across three machines.
  • Maintaining proficiency with EMR systems, specifically EPIC/Aria.
  • Potentially floating to other radiation therapy sites within the greater Charlotte area, with managerial approval.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Certified Radiotherapy Technologist (ARRT-T).
  • Strong proficiency in operating Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerators.
  • Comfortable working with diverse cancer diagnoses and outpatient treatment protocols.
  • Ability to adapt to a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
