Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our users. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a tech-driven environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers and play an important role in shaping the customer experience as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the ReturnQueen app and services
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer support
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through to resolution
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on app changes
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Experience in a tech, app-based, or SaaS environment strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using customer service software and technology
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused mindset
Compensation: $22-$27/hr
