Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our users. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a tech-driven environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers and play an important role in shaping the customer experience as the company grows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the ReturnQueen app and services
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional customer support
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through to resolution
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on app changes

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Experience in a tech, app-based, or SaaS environment strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using customer service software and technology
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused mindset

Compensation: $22-$27/hr
