Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Superior, Wisconsin. The role involves supporting administrative tasks while providing excellent service to individuals and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Process and review applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Handle inbound calls and direct them to appropriate team members.
• Perform clerical duties such as organizing files, scanning documents, and maintaining records.
• Assist customers with application processes and ensure their needs are met.
• Utilize Office tools to create reports, manage data, and support office productivity.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
• Support training initiatives to enhance team competencies and adapt to evolving tasks.
• Maintain a positive and detail-oriented demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently as needed.
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable and may offer additional compensation.
