This is your opportunity to work in a high-tech, multi-specialty dental office that’s setting the standard in comprehensive care — including general dentistry, airway, TMD, and dental sleep medicine.

What You’ll Do:
• Support our doctors chairside in a variety of procedures including restorative, prosthodontic, surgical, and sleep/airway-related cases
• Set up rooms, maintain sterilization standards, and ensure smooth clinical flow
• Take diagnostic digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Engage confidently with patients to help them feel at ease before, during, and after treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes and assist with charting
• Contribute to an organized, energized, and team-focused work culture

What We’re Looking For:
• Current RDA license in the state of California
• 2+ years of clinical assisting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and dental assisting best practices
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Open to learning advanced workflows in airway and dental sleep medicine (we provide training!)
• Experience with Dentrix and digital scanning a plus

Bonus Points if You Have:
• Prior experience in airway/TMD/sleep dentistry
• A strong interest in practice growth, systems, and team-based care
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) — highly valued!

Why You’ll Love It Here:
• Supportive leadership and team culture — we work hard and laugh harder
• Access to ongoing training and CE opportunities
• Competitive pay based on experience
Comprehensive benefits package including:
– Health and vision insurance
– 401(k) with employer match
– Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
– Paid time off and holidays
• Patient-first philosophy in a truly comprehensive care model

Schedule & Compensation:
• Monday–Friday, full-time (specific hours discussed during interview)
• Competitive hourly rate (DOE) + incentives
