Job Summary
S&R Pools, a trusted and highly rated in-ground pool company based in Columbus, NJ, is growing and looking to add a motivated Sales Specialist to our team.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with 13 years of experience who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment. Youll work directly with qualified homeowners, helping them plan and invest in major pool projects such as vinyl liner replacements and safety covers. Your success will be driven by professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to guide customers confidently through the sales process.

Responsibilities
- Run approximately 1525 warm, pre-qualified leads per week
- Conduct in-home consultations and accurately assess customer needs
- Build strong rapport and trust with homeowners
- Present solutions clearly and professionally
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Complete detailed notes, measurements, and consultation checklists
- Work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Attend weekly sales meetings focused on KPIs and performance
Qualifications
- 13 years of sales experience required (home improvement or construction sales preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
