Women’s Services RN (Couplet Care / Mother-Baby) – Nights (3x12, 18:45–07:15)\n\n\nExperience: 2+ years Level II required | Travel & Cerner experience required (no exceptions)\n\n\nLicensure: MO or Compact RN license (must be active at submission)\n\n\nCertifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate (Advanced preferred)\n\n\nSchedule: Nights 18:45–07:15 | Every 3rd weekend required | 13-week contract | Start ASAP\n\n\nLocals: Accepted (same rate) | No radius restriction\n\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n\nAdminister blood/products, manage CVC/PICC lines, start/maintain IVs\n\n\nHeparin, insulin, Mag Sulfate, and Oxytocin drips\n\n\nNewborn assessment, neonatal abstinence care, circumcision assistance\n\n\nCouple care, postpartum incision care, discharge teaching, vaccines, phototherapy\n\n\nCar seat & breastfeeding education, isolation precautions, pain management (opioids/PCA)\n\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\n\nCharge experience, thermoregulation, LGA/LBW infant care, epidural/PCA management\n\n\nRatios: 1:3\nScrubs: Navy Blue
