Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our team and work directly with a Mortgage Loan Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments. You will work closely with the loan officer to build and maintain a pipeline of clients who are interested in mortgage refinancing, home purchases, and other loan products. Your main goal will be to create opportunities for the loan officer to provide detailed guidance and consultation, ultimately helping clients achieve their homeownership or refinancing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Qualification: Screen and qualify leads to assess if they meet the basic requirements for mortgage loans.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations for qualified clients with the loan officer.
- Information Gathering: Collect relevant information on potential clients and provide insights to the loan officer for better client interactions.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and encourage decision-making.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional approach to build trust with potential clients, responding to initial questions and guiding them through the process.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in mortgage or financial services)
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and manage leads effectively
- Familiarity with mortgage or financial terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems or lead management tools
