One Physical Therapy & Performance is seeking a motivated and dependable Physical Therapist to join our fast-paced outpatient clinic in Sacramento on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working in a high-energy, patient-focused environment and is looking to grow within a modern outpatient practice.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation care
• Oversee and direct patient treatment progression
• Supervise support staff and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants as needed
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain strong communication with patients and staff
• Help ensure efficient patient flow and a professional clinic environment

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapist license required
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and rehabilitation
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outpatient experience preferred
