About the Role:
The Supervisor, Data Entry plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management within the Early Learning Program. This position is responsible for overseeing a team of data entry clerks, ensuring that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner to support the organization's mission. The supervisor will implement best practices for data entry processes and provide training and support to team members. Additionally, this role involves monitoring performance metrics and generating reports to identify areas for improvement. Ultimately, the supervisor will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization by ensuring that data is reliable and accessible for decision-making purposes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Knowledge of and experience using the Child Outcome Planning & Assessment (COPA) software is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the data entry team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Train and mentor team members on data entry procedures and software tools.
- Review and validate data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and analyze reports on data entry performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline data collection and entry processes.
