Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role serves students in an itinerant capacity around the Corona area during Extended School Year, providing valuable interventions and compensatory services from prior school years. Candidates should thrive in changing settings and be comfortable traveling between multiple sites.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure in California
- Previous experience working within California schools required
- Flexibility to work across different school locations as needed
- Strong understanding of caseload management in a school setting
- Ability to identify and deliver make-up minutes for students from previous school years
- Experience or willingness to supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are strongly preferred
- Open to candidates who are comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide school-based physical therapy services during Extended School Year
- Travel between multiple sites to assess, treat, and monitor student progress
- Identify caseloads for summer sessions and ensure all required minutes are delivered, including make-ups from past school years
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants as needed
- Complete required documentation, progress notes, and communicate regularly with school personnel and families
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote students’ functional independence and participation in school activities
