JOB SUMMARYThe Support Clerk provides various critical administrative support to the corporation, primarily within the financial and HR domains.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile and verify invoices.
- Support HR on- and off-boarding.
- Manage and distribute mail.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Occasionally answering phones and other miscellaneous administrative assignments, as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of serious experience in accounts payable, particularly reconciling and verifying invoices and statements.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient on the Google platform (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
