Responsibilities:

<li>Delivery of dental hygiene related services including removal of plaque, stain and calculus.</li>
<li>Screening patients, medical history and dental charting.</li>
<li>Application of fluoride and protective sealants.</li>
<li>Nutritional counseling.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
