Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and cutting.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to specifications.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to design.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Demonstrated understanding and adherence to welding safety protocols and procedures.
- AWS D1.1 (Structural Welding Code – Steel) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced certifications (e.g., AWS D1.6 for stainless steel, ASME Section IX for pressure vessels).
- Proficiency in TIG welding for specialized or precision applications.
- Experience with robotic welding or automated welding systems.
- Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills, including fitting and layout.
