Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and capacity.
- Balance customer demand with production capacity and material availability.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain teams for forecast and resource alignment.
- Monitor production performance against the schedule and initiate corrective actions.
- Analyze capacity requirements and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Adjust production schedules in response to changes in demand, supply, or disruptions.
- Optimize inventory levels to support the MPS while minimizing costs.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for master scheduling, capacity planning, and material requirements planning.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including demand forecasting, statistical analysis, and bottleneck resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, manufacturing processes, and lean methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP modules
- APICS CSCP certification
