Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective occupational therapy services. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona State Occupational Therapist License.
- Current CPR certification.
- Article 9 Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
