Job Details
• General Radiology Tech Surgical x-ray techs to work with a radiology team of four (seven when fully staffed)

Job Requirements
• Must have current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
• Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics with minimum 80% score.
• Must have completed Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation.
• Documentation of required vaccinations and health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and TB testing.
• Must provide a statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
• Driver's License/State ID must be current and match address on file.
• Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
• Must pass Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and annually thereafter.
• Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start.
• Third-party employment verification for the past seven years.
• Must provide Ascension Resume and two professional references.
• Completion of criminal background check including Social Security Trace, Employment Verification, OIG Search and National Sex Offender within 30 days of first assignment.

Schedule Information
• Monday through Friday, 1500-2300 hours.
• Same hours every other weekend with a day off each week before and after those weekends.
• No call required.

Additional Details
• Ascension Resume required for submission.
• Ascension Badge Photo required for onboarding (forward facing headshot with white or blue background, no alterations or filters).
• Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form completed onsite.
• Fit Test required for all travelers, preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite.
• Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire.
• Ascension Criminal Background Check includes 7 year search and must be updated annually or if break in service > 90 days.
• Ascension EPLS must be run within 90 days of start and rerun if break in service > 90 days.
• Ascension Confirmation of Assignment required upon initial assignment and updates upon extension.
• Ascension Employment Verification must be updated annually or if break in service > 90 days.
