Our client, a fast-growing company providing cutting-edge wound care services, is seeking a talented&nbsp;NP Nurse Practitioner to join their&nbsp;awesome team!
Position requires daily travel to patients' homes in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn, New York.
*Must have a car (transportation reimbursement available)
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses</li>
<li>Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments</li>
<li>Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients</li>
<li>Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures</li>
<li>Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities</li>
<li>Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in home care, geriatrics, or ER nursing a plus</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with patients</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
</ul>
Compensation range is based on experience.
