Summary:
We are looking for a Seam Welder to join our team. In this role, you will operate welding equipment to join metal parts along continuous seams, ensuring strong, precise, and high-quality welds. You’ll play an important role in producing reliable components that meet safety and performance standards.
Hours: Flexible schedule - choose between a 4-day, 10-hour shift or a standard 5-day, 8-hour shift during regular business hours.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Operate seam welding machines and related equipment to join sheet metal and other components.
- Prepare and position parts for welding according to blueprints, work orders, or supervisor instructions.
- Monitor welding operations to maintain consistent welds and seam quality.
- Inspect finished welds for strength, accuracy, and appearance.
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on welding equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Required Skills and Experience (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications, or other knowledge, skills, and abilities).
- Previous welding experience preferred (resistance welding experience a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
