Recruiting Supervisor
Our client is seeking a metrics‑driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of 7–10 high‑volume recruiters in a fast‑paced environment. This role drives production, quality, margin discipline, and recruiter development while maintaining strong performance accountability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a team of 7–10 recruiters
- Drive daily/weekly production goals and team KPIs (coverage, fulfillment, margin, losses)
- Run daily stand‑ups and metric reviews
- Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed‑to‑fill, and quality screening
- Monitor losses, margin adherence, and operational accuracy
- Partner with leadership on staffing forecasts and real‑time coverage strategy
- Build scalable, efficient recruiting processes and develop top talent
This role is 100% in office.
- 2–4 years in high‑volume staffing or recruiting
- Proven success hitting aggressive production targets
- Strong coaching, KPI leadership, and performance‑management skills
- Data‑driven, accountable, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments
- High ownership mindset and ability to build team bench strength
