Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostics on patients with urological concerns.
- Manage and treat conditions involving the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, applying both medical and surgical solutions.
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including traditional and minimally invasive techniques.
- Work closely with patients to explain their conditions, treatment options, and potential outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care and management.
- Engage in ongoing education and research to stay updated on the latest advancements in urology.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a Urology residency program.
- Board certified in Urology.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in urology practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both surgical and non-surgical treatment methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills related to diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- A collaborative mindset for working within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Commitment to continued professional development and education in urology.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
