Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities of a Reconstruction Sales Representative:
Building Relationships:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and other key stakeholders in the reconstruction space.
Technical Support:
Providing expert technical support on organization, instrumentation, and budget, assisting with project planning, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during labor.
Sales:
Secure an agreement with the client. Driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within services offered, educating customers on product benefits, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Work Planning:
Assisting in the scheduling of reconstruction, securing necessary inventory with the Team, and providing logistical support with the Scheduling Team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical knowledge of reconstruction.
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients and other professionals.
- Proficiency in using computer and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Management or Leadership experience
