We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Lumpers to support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and organizing freight efficiently and safely.
Shift Schedules:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Second Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: $17.25 per hour
- Second Shift: $18.25 per hour (includes shift differential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight from trailers, containers, and trucks
- Manually move, stack, and organize products in designated areas
- Break down pallets and restack products according to warehouse standards
- Assist with sorting, labeling, and staging freight for shipment or storage
- Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and OSHA standards
- Work collaboratively with forklift operators and warehouse staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Work Environment:
- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical demands
