Pay: $20–23/hr | Minnesota
1st Shift: $22.17/hr
2nd Shift: $24.17/hr
🔧 Shift Options
- First Shift: 5:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (Mon–Thu) + 5:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m. (Fri)
- One 30‑minute lunch + two paid 10‑minute breaks
- Second Shift: 2:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m. (Mon–Thu)
- One 30‑minute lunch + two paid 10‑minute breaks

Join a modern, climate‑controlled production facility where you’ll assemble chiller units used in data centers and custom equipment for high‑tech applications. This is a hands‑on mechanical role using a wide range of tools, working closely with a small, supportive team, and contributing directly to daily production goals.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Mechanical Assembly of chiller units and custom equipment
- Use drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, air tools, hammers, and other shop tools
- Support general shop operations and help teammates meet production targets
- Work in a clean, climate‑controlled environment
- Cross‑train into additional assembly areas as you gain experience
- Collaborate with a tight‑knit team that values quality and efficiency

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $22.17/hr.
