Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This long-term contract position requires someone who is detail oriented, passionate about assisting residents, and able to resolve issues efficiently. As part of the maintenance department, you will play a key role in ensuring quality service and smooth communication between residents and the maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls from residents regarding maintenance issues or concerns.
• Accurately document and process service requests and work orders.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Provide clear and empathetic communication to residents regarding the status of their requests.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the system.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance inquiries.
• Ensure all service tickets are completed and passed to the appropriate team promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Strong ability to process work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and ticketing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
