Med/Surg Service Line Nurse Residency Program

Full-time & Part-time | Day-shift & Night-shift

Our Medical-Surgical Nurse Residency Program is designed to assist both new graduates and experienced nurses in enhancing their critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills through practical experience and mentorship. You will receive guidance from Advanced Nurse Clinicians and leaders who are committed to supporting your development both in the classroom and at the bedside. Begin your career with confidence!

RN Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution; BSN preferred
  • License: Must possess a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the State of Missouri
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association
