Status: Full-Time | On-Site Only
Compensation: $60,000$80,000 annually

About the Opportunity
We are a growing dental laboratory in Huntsville, Alabama seeking a hands-on, strategic Marketing & Social Media Strategy Manager to lead our marketing and branding efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping and communicating the labs culture and identity within the dental laboratory industry.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that not only distinguish our lab from competitors but also highlight the core values and intrinsic positivity that define our work environment. Your efforts will directly support both client acquisition (B2B) and talent recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that builds awareness and drives growth
- Manage all aspects of social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Oversee A/B testing, performance tracking, and campaign optimization to ensure measurable ROI
- Strengthen the labs online presence with a clear, consistent voice and visual identity that resonates with dental professionals
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and recruitment goals
- Build a library of compelling content through photography, minor video editing, and storytelling that showcases the labs team, culture, and work
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed while remaining the internal driver for marketing execution
- Monitor trends in the dental industry and adjust messaging or campaigns accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with proven success in client acquisition and brand development
- Strong working knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, and marketing analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage content creation, social media calendars, and campaign performance metrics
- Proficient in marketing platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
- Basic photography and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools) are a plus
- Self-starter with strong creative thinking skills and the ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable working on-site in Huntsville, AL (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
