Position: RN-Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for personal growth.

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.

• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care.

• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Maintain and operate cardiac catheterization equipment effectively.

• Evaluate and improve processes to enhance patient care quality.

• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Nebraska with experience in cardiac care.

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in a Cath Lab.

• Proficient in monitoring patient vitals during cardiac procedures.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-assessment.

• Experience with diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac setting.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.

• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

• Experience in documenting patient care activities accurately.

• Ability to evaluate and improve patient care processes.
